Tom's Foreign Auto Parts, located in Waterbury CT, was established in 1985 by Owner Jim Eitvydas. Since then, Tom's has had a very healthy retail and commercial business locally. In May of 2003 Tom's took the business national by listing quality used auto parts on eBay. Since then Tom's Foreign Auto Parts has been leading the salvage industry online. Our goals are simple, give the customer a great price on a quality part and exceed the customers expectations. Read on to learn more about how we deliver superior service.

Sales
The sales staff here at Tom's Foreign Auto Parts is top notch. We handle every call with care. Our sales guys have a range of experience from dealerships, shops, and sales. Our guys know whats going on. When they make a sale, they make sure your order is handled properly from start to finish.

Inventory
All Vehicles receive their own stock number when they arrive. Our trained inventory staff looks over each vehicle and inventories the parts. We'll then look over the car to make sure everything we're selling is in good working condition. The car will also be run at this time.

From here the car will be stored on our lot in one of our car trees. The car will remain here until its time for it to be dismantled.

Garage
When a cars ready to be processed, one of our skilled mechanics will bring it into the garage. All fluids will be drained and recycled properly. We'll remove inventoried parts from the car at this time. Parts that are not sold will be stored in our warehouse. The engine will be run and checked while it's in the vehicle; we also verify that the transmissions are in proper order.

Shipping
Our shipping department is our last point of quality control. We know you need the part you ordered to be there on time and in excellent condition. Our shipping staff are the ones that help us accomplish this. Every part is inspected and packaged with care. Our shipping department handles all parts with the customer in mind. Parts leave here in the condition that we'd want to recieve them in.
